Zucchini Fritters
Such a quick and easy way to use up your zucchini. You know, since it's sitting in your veggie drawer waiting to be used. 

Last week's goal: No going out and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
No going out is an A+ achievement. Success!
Drink 8 glasses of water a day is at a B/B-. I averaged 6.5 glasses a day for the week.

Goal for this week: Continue to not eat out and work out four times this week instead of my usual three.
