I made these without the chicken or the cheese, but they were still delicious.

This is the last week of June and if I can make it until Friday without going to the store, I will have spent $608.11 this month. It is a little over my $600 goal, but I am putting it in the win column. I win!

This was really difficult and I thought we didn't go crazy overboard with food, but there were a couple factors that pushed those dollar signs up. One being that it is summer. More outside play for the kids equals more food missing from the pantry and fridge. Another is the rising cost of food. Usually I buy about $120-$150 on groceries during the week. Now it's not uncommon to see $175 or more on my receipt.

Are you guys feeling the rising cost of food?
