Bonus Recipe
Hershey's Especially Dark Chocolate Cake with Especially Dark Frosting
Very good cake, but I am not the cake maker I thought I was. This endeavor made me think of Myths About Molly and it made me uncover one of my own myths. Not only do I believe I am taller and thinner than I am, like Molly. I also believe I can do anything awesomely, if I really try. This cake, not so much, even with considerable effort. The cake fell apart when I tried to take it out of the pan, I didn't make enough frosting so one side of the cake is not frosted and when I tried to remove my "trick" wax paper, it pulled off half the cake. Here is a more accurate picture of my cake fail.

But I am not giving up on my cake making "skills". This is a fact about myself, I do not easily give up. It did taste really good, I suppose that is all that really matters. One day my chocolate cake will look like this. One day.
