The Walking Resolution
This is going well. I am doing better than average at 3.18 miles a week. That is double the American average, but falls short of the European one.
My only "problem" is that I live too close to everything, so I am always taking the long way. I sometimes serpentine blocks or walk blocks past where I am going and track back. I guess it isn't a problem, I am just trying to stretch out my walks.
I am enjoying my me time and I definitely have more energy.
I did have one week that was hard because of the really horrible weather, but I still found a couple days to walk.
