Homemade Granola Bars
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups kashi go lean
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 cup craisins

Bake oats, kashi, sesame, almonds at 350 for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Heat peanut butter, brown sugar, and honey about 3-5 minutes then add vanilla and salt. Spray 8 inch square pan. Mix it all together, put in prepared pan, let cool. Cut into 8 bars.

These bars are great because the recipe is interchangeable to what is in your pantry. I used what was on hand, key to saving in the kitchen. Next time I am going to try chocolate chips. Pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.  Coconut and pineapple. Sunflower seeds and blueberries. The list is as long as you like.
